BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR A CANDIDATE FOR THE TRAINER POSITION
• Work experience in the profession: at least 5 years.
• Having a KEUNE EXPERT card or a KEUNE diploma from any distributor.
• Confident knowledge of the basic KEUNE coloring protocols.
• Stable results on clients, own portfolio.
• Having a professional communication channel with the audience – INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, etc.

WELCOME TO LEVEL 1
Congratulations and welcome to the certification program Keune Educator Keune Slovensko! From this moment on, you are part of the brand’s education team in Slovakia.
Level 1 is the starting level of a Keune Slovensko educator: you master the basic skills of professionally delivering ready-made Keune seminars, and you start teaching immediately after the training, while also laying the foundation for moving to the next levels.

WHAT IS KEUNE EDUCATOR CERTIFICATION IN KEUNE?
Keune Educator Certification Keune Slovensko is a multi-level program for training and developing brand educators.
We do not teach creating content from scratch — Keune programs are already prepared. We teach professional delivery of these programs according to the brand standard: preparation, seminar delivery, demonstration and presentation, practical part, group management, questions and answers, timing, service.

5 LEVELS OF KEUNE EDUCATOR KEUNE SLOVENSKO
In Slovakia we use the term “level” as the official designation of the stage of trainer preparation.
Level 1 — Junior Trainer – trainer consultant.
Can professionally deliver ready-made basic Keune Slovensko seminars according to the brand standard.
Level 2 — Trainer – basic level trainer.
Confidently and independently delivers basic and advanced seminars, manages practice and the group without a mentor. Product application techniques are fully mastered.
Level 3 — Expert Trainer – trainer expert.
Brand expert in technology and product, delivers complex formats, confidently works with a strong audience and “non-standard” cases. Creates author’s seminars and master classes, can clearly demonstrate style and new trends.
Level 4 — Head Trainer / Master Trainer – regional head trainer
Main trainer of the region: sets standards, mentors trainers of levels 1–3, participates in creating, adapting and developing programs. Sets the pace and direction of development of the educational process.
Level 5 — International Trainer – Keune International Trainer
Trainer of international level with preparation and defense of the level at the Keune Head Academy in the Netherlands. Represents the brand at global events, participates in international trainer training and certification.

HOW DOES LEVEL 1 TAKE PLACE?
The Level 1 path consists of 3 steps.
STEP 1 — Start and introduction + Starter Seminar (2 days)
Format: starting meeting with a coach + Level 1 Starter Seminar.
At this step you: meet the Keune Slovensko coach, define goals and expectations from the trainer role, receive initial knowledge and complete the Level 1 Starter Seminar (2 days).

STARTER SEMINAR (2 days)
Goal
To move a strong practicing hairdresser/colorist/stylist to the Junior Trainer level (Level 1): so that they can deliver a ready-made Keune Slovensko seminar according to the brand standard.
Results at the end
After 2 days the participant can: open a standard brand seminar and set the framework of the day, deliver blocks without reading slides while keeping Keune terminology, do a training demonstration of Keune presentations, manage practice and correct mistakes safely, answer questions/objections according to the Keune Slovensko standard, keep timing and close a standard Keune seminar.

Starter Seminar content – 2 days:
1. The role of a Keune trainer and the candidate’s base for becoming a trainer
2. Preparation and knowledge of standard courses
3. Preparation of models and seminar presentations Keune
4. Seminar start and professional seminar delivery
5. Group and seminar practice management
6. Work with participants’ questions and objections
7. Timing management and directing the day
8. Seminar checklist and service
9. Trainer assessment and admission to seminars

After the Starter Seminar — early practice
During the next 6–8 weeks the participant: delivers the first real Keune seminar, collects feedback from trainees, records the experience in their Level 1 trainer portfolio.

STEP 2 — Review Meeting (meeting with a coach)
Format: online meeting with a coach (up to 45 minutes).
Condition: 2 basic Keune courses and 1 Keune Blond seminar have been delivered.

STEP 3 — Final Review Meeting (final meeting)
Format: online meeting with a coach (up to 45 minutes).
Condition: 100% of the materials of Level 1 standard seminars and courses are completed.
Goal: to confirm that you meet the Junior Trainer standard (Level 1) and are ready to proceed to the Keune Slovensko Level 2 trainer preparation seminars.
