  • KEUNE SLOVENSKO is a bonus loyalty program focused on exclusivity and individual approach to each client involved in the program. Each registered client receives a Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO.
  • Accumulated points can be used as payment for products and services of a KEUNE distributor in Slovakia. Accumulated points have the status "ACTIVE". Keep an eye on the points' validity dates. Cashback points cannot be returned in monetary form.

THE PROGRAM?
Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO has 3 levels:
  • BASIC
  • ELITE
  • PLATINUM
By cooperating with us during the calendar year, you can increase your level in the program and receive the privileges of the ELITE level or the PLATINUM level.

  • PLATINUM – 20%
The level in the KEUNE SLOVENSKO program depends on the number of STANDARD points accumulated on KEUNE Business loyalty cards during the calendar year.
The calendar year in the KEUNE SLOVENSKO loyalty program lasts from February 1 to January 31 of the following year.

The number of STANDARD points needed to move to a higher level in 2024 until January 31, 2025 (the program starts on April 15, 2024) are:
  • 400 STANDARD points - ELITE
  • 600 STANDARD points - PLATINUM
The following calendar year (from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026):
  • 800 STANDARD points - ELITE
  • 1200 STANDARD points - PLATINUM
Holders of KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty cards are automatically.
The Elite or Premium level achieved in the current year is carried over to the next calendar year and is valid for the ENTIRE following year.
The level in the KEUNE SLOVENSKO program depends on the number accumulated STANDARD points on the KEUNE SLOVENSKO business card during the calendar year. Calendar year in the program is calculated from February 1 to January 31 inclusive.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION
AND OBTAINING BUSINESS LOYALTY CARD
KEUNE SLOVENSKO

  1. In order to obtain a KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty card, you must fill in the data of the SZČO or a company registered in the commercial register, in particular the ID number, tax number and VAT number (as necessary). A private person (hairdresser, stylist) can also receive a KEUNE SLOVENSKO business loyalty card if they have a hairdressing diploma from any country. A private person must state the birth number.
  2. A company, SZČO or a private person operates on the Slovak cosmetics industry market. Registration to the program is free.
  3. Fill out the application form for the Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO at https://keune.space/ in the Wholesale Buyer Registration section. Your registration will be instant, you will get access to your personal account and you will receive the card in the mail.
  1. Immediately after registration, all KEUNE products are available to you at wholesale prices, except dyes and professional dye products. The minimum initial purchase for new customers to receive wholesale prices is 600 euros.
  2. If you need to buy dyes and professional dye products, register yourself or enroll your hairdresser for the "KEUNE Basic Course". After completing the training, you will receive a KEUNE EXPERT card.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
AND OBTAINING AN INDIVIDUAL KEUNE EXPERT CARD

  1. The KEUNE EXPERT card identifies you as a professional with a focus on the KEUNE brand. The card is issued to a natural person who can work independently with the KEUNE brand or be employed in a beauty salon, who, after issuing the KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty card, immediately gets the opportunity to purchase dyes and professional dye products.
  2. The KEUNE EXPERT card is not a payment card, but only expands the possibilities of the Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO.

Do you have experience buying
KEUNE dyes and professional dyeing products?

  1. To obtain the KEUNE EXPERT card, you must be a hairdresser with a diploma or a valid certificate in this specialty and have experience with KEUNE products. Also confirm your current status of cooperation with the brand (diploma, invoice from another distributor, etc.) and we will immediately credit you with 500 EXPRESS points on the day of registration. It is valid for 30 calendar days, including the day of registration.

  1. To obtain a KEUNE EXPERT card, show a diploma or certificate of hairdressing education from any country. Leave a request to issue a KEUNE Expert card at keune.space in the Training Center section or at the office of the KEUNE distribution company in Slovakia for the "KEUNE Basic Course" training. For your convenience, we provide a free "Expert Visit" service, where our experts will answer all your questions and help you explain the program, registration and card issuance.
  2. Complete the "KEUNE Basic Course" at the KEUNE training center in Slovakia and we will immediately credit you with +500 EXPRESS CASHBACK points on the day you complete the two-day KEUNE basic course. It is valid for 30 calendar days, including the day the course ends.

STANDARD POINTS

  • For each item in the order, you get STANDARD points worth from 10% to 20% of the value of the goods. Log in to your personal account using the Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO and see the number of STANDART points credited to your KEUNE SLOVENSKO card on any product card in the catalog at https://keune.space/.
  • STANDARD points are credited to your KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty card in this way:
    • when paying online immediately after payment
    • when paying in the office immediately after paying for the order at our cash desk
    • when paying in cash or by card to the courier in case of delivery by courier service immediately after delivery
    • when paying by bank transfer to an advance invoice immediately after delivery
  • You can track the attribution of STANDARD points in the section "My bonuses" and "My orders" in your personal account on the company's website.
  • Use "ACTIVE" points to pay for the company's goods and services in accordance with the Rules for the use and depreciation of points (see below).

Fixed EXPRESS points

Accrual for the following important datess:
  • On the "Date of establishment of your company / SZČO or date of birth of person" we donate 250 EXPRESS points to your Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO 5 days before the date. Validity of "ACTIVE" points for 14 calendar days, including 5 days before and 8 days after your date
  • On July 29th, we will additionally donate 250 EXPRESS points to your KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty card on the "Foundation Day of KEUNE SLOVENSKO". Points will be credited to your loyalty card 5 days before the anniversary date of the company, i.e. j. July 24. Points are "ACTIVE" for 14 calendar days, i.e. j. from July 24 to August 6.
  • On the "Day of Spring" - March 1, every year we donate 250 EXPRESS points to your Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO. It is valid for 14 calendar days from March 1.
  • On the "Day of the fight for freedom and democracy" on November 17, we donate 250 EXPRESS points to your KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty card every year. Valid for 14 calendar days from November 17.

Fixed EXPRESS points

Accrual for the following important datess with increasing business points balance KEUNE EXPERT cards:
  • In "Your birthday", we donate 250 EXPRESS points to the Business loyalty card KEUNE EXPERT 5 days before your birthday. Validity of "ACTIVE" points for 14 calendar days, including 5 days before and 8 days after your date.
  • For the "KEUNE Basic Course" we donate 500 EXPRESS points on the day of completion of the 2-day introductory KEUNE brand training. It is valid for 30 calendar days, including the day the course ends.
  • For the course "KEUNE Blonde. Illumination. Discoloration. Toning." we donate 350 EXPRESS points on the day the 1-day course ends. It is valid for 30 calendar days, including the day the course ends.

  • STANDARD points will be credited to the KEUNE SLOVENSKO card with a coefficient of 1.5, which is 50% more than in the case of BASIC status worth 15% of the purchase price

PLATINUM – PREMIUM LEVEL

overcome the threshold of 400 STANDART points in 2024
  • STANDARD points are credited to the KEUNE SLOVENSKO card with a coefficient of 2.0, which is 100% more than in the case of BASIC status - 20% of the purchase price.

ELITE OR PREMIUM LEVEL MOVE OR CONFIRMATION

  • By adding STANDARD points and crossing the threshold of 800 or 1200 STANDARD points during the calendar year (from February 1 to January 31 each year) of participation in the program, your BASIC/ELITE level will change to ELITE, or PLATINUM from the date of crossing this limit and is valid until the end of this calendar year.
  • Your updated ELITE or PLATINUM level is valid for the ENTIRE NEXT calendar year.
  • Your ELITE or PLATINUM level may be reduced by 1 or 2 levels at the end of the second year of participation after the increase or extended for another calendar year if you meet or fail to meet the cumulative threshold for the current calendar year.

HOW TO SPEND
CASHBACK POINTS?

  • When purchasing goods and services, enter the required number of "ACTIVE" points to be deducted when paying for this order. The maximum number of points that can be used within one order is 30% of the purchase amount.
  • Pay online and get an additional 10% off the wholesale price. Take advantage of loyalty programs and reduce the purchase amount by 30%. Pay attention to the validity period of "ACTIVE" Standard or Express points so that you do not lose them.
  • Within the program of the distribution company KEUNE Slovakia, members of KEUNE SLOVENSKO do not transfer any points to each other.

RULES FOR USE AND APPLICATION OF CASHBACK POINTS

  • STANDARD points are credited to your KEUNE SLOVENSKO card after purchase and are added up annually from February 1 to January 31 during the calendar year to determine your card level.
  • STANDARD points have the status "ACTIVE" until January 31.
  • All unused "ACTIVE" points until February 1st will be cancelled. Please spend your "ACTIVE" points on time!
  • Accumulated EXPRESS points have their own usage period. The dates of acquisition and the period of use of EXPRESS points are specified in the relevant conditions of promotions and special offers.
  • "ACTIVE" points are written off according to the principle: closest to expiration, regardless of their EXPRESS or STANDARD status.

    Order products and services through your account on the company's website and receive STANDARD points on your Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO
    Participate in various promotions and special offers on the distributor's website keune.space and earn extra EXPRESS points.
  • Call the CALL center of your KEUNE SLOVENSKO distribution company
    Enter your name and KEUNE SLOVENSKO club card number and order the necessary products.
  • Shop at the office of the distributor KEUNE Slovakia
    Before paying for the products, present your Business loyalty card to KEUNE SLOVENSKO and order the desired products.

GOODS RECLAIM

  • Cosmetic products with damaged packaging, expired, partially opened and used - cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check the product upon delivery or when choosing a point of sale.
  • Returning unopened products in good quality and marketable condition with an expiration date of at least 6 months will reduce your total number of STANDARD points.
  • STANDARD or EXPRESS points that were used when ordering and subsequently the product was returned are not returned or credited back to your account within the Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVENSKO.

LOSS AND RE-ISSUE OF CARD

  • If you have lost your KEUNE SLOVENSKO Business loyalty card, contact our company office as soon as possible. A new card can be issued to you after submitting a written request and proof of identity. A lost card will be blocked. A new card will be reissued and discounts and benefits accrued on the lost card will be transferred to the newly issued card.
