TERMS OF ENROLLMENT IN THE CLUB PROGRAM
  • The condition for participation in the club program is to be a participant in the KEUNE SLOVAKIA loyalty program and to have a KEUNE SLOVAKIA Business loyalty card.
  • In your beauty salon, there are at least 2 certified hairdressers who have a KEUNE EXPERT card (which confirms a diploma / certificate from any country) of completion of the "KEUNE basic course" - a basic training course for working with KEUNE colors.
  • Your beauty salon previously purchased and still uses the following KEUNE ranges:
    1. Color Lines – Tinta & Semi
    2. Rada CARE LINE
  • For a new salon that has not yet worked with the KEUNE brand, it is necessary to purchase the "LIGHT" or "OPTIMA" starter package.
  • Your salon has display cases to sell KEUNE home care products to your customers.
  • Your beauty salon is not a member of the Salon Expert club of any other professional hairdressing brand.
* All stated conditions must be met. Based on a positive audit of your salon and your activities, the KEUNE distribution company in Slovakia will issue a certificate of admission to the exclusive club and a KEUNE AMBASSADOR card.
  • The KEUNE AMBASSADOR card is the identifier of your beauty salon as a premium one, working with the KEUNE brand. The card is issued to the beauty salon, regardless of the form of ownership, be it SZČO or a company. The KEUNE AMBASSADOR beauty salon will immediately get the opportunity to purchase dyes and professional coloring products with the issuance of a Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVAKIA.
  • Submit a request to participate in the club by filling out the form on the website https://keune.space/ in the KEUNE AMBASSADOR section.
  • Go through the certification with a representative of the KEUNE distributor in Slovakia to verify that you meet the conditions of participation. A distributor representative will visit your salon in person.

  • If you have not yet worked with the KEUNE brand, purchase the LIGHT or OPTIMA starter package.
  • Train 2 hairdressers on the "KEUNE Basic Course" - a 2-day basic training course for working with the KEUNE brand.
  • Find a space or reserve a showcase for selling KEUNE products to end customers.
  • Get a KEUNE AMBASSADOR certificate and club card.
* WARNING! The certificate of a participant in the club program is issued for a period of one calendar year!

  • Joint participation with technologists of the distribution company KEUNE in Slovakia in testing new products and developing innovative procedures for clients.
  • The maximum number of points that KEUNE AMBASSADOR cardholders can use within one order is 35% of the total amount of the purchase. You get a 10% discount when paying for your order online! EXPRESS POINTS ON THE KEUNE AMBASSADOR CARD

Fixed EXPRESS points are credited to the KEUNE AMBASSADOR CARD for the following important dates, which increases the level of points Business loyalty card KEUNE SLOVAKIA:
• "KEUNE Customer Day" - 2 times a year, 500 EXPRESS points are awarded 5 days before the official KEUNE Customer Day. Points are valid in "Active" status for 14 calendar days, including 5 days before and 8 days after your official KEUNE customer day.

LOSS and RE-ISSUE OF CARD

  • In case of non-compliance with the conditions of participation in the KEUNE AMBASSADOR program according to the results of the calendar year, KEUNE distributor in Slovakia reserves the right to remove the salon partner from the active participants of the program with the cancellation of all the above benefits. In this particular case, KEUNE Slovakia will send an e-mail notification about "Suspension of membership in the KEUNE AMBASSADOR program".
