- TYPES OF BONUS POINTS ON THE KEUNE SPACE CARD
There are 2 types of bonus points:
STANDARD POINTS
• For each purchase, you receive STANDARD points of up to 50% of the value of the product or service. Your CASHBACK reduces the cost of your future purchases.
EXPRESS POINTS
• Promotions, special offers, and events allow you to receive two, three, or even five times more CASHBACK bonus points during these periods.
1 bonus point = 1 euro.
- RULES FOR CREDITING BONUS POINTS
STANDARD points are credited for products/services and have a percentage-based or fixed value. The number of points is displayed on price tags in the KEUNE SPACE area or in the product details in the online store.
If bonus points are not indicated on the price tag or in the product details on the website, no points are credited or deducted for the purchase of that product.
Each paid purchase contains a certain number of points depending on the quantity of purchased products/services. STANDARD points are credited immediately to the balance of your KEUNE SPACE card and have the status “Active,” which means they can be used immediately to pay for future purchases.
EXPRESS points obtained through promotions, special offers, and events allow you to receive 2x, 3x, or even 5x more bonus points. These points can be used to pay for future purchases of products and services.
EXPRESS points on Special Days:
• On your birthday, 150 EXPRESS points are credited. They are valid for 14 calendar days, including 5 days before and 9 days after your birthday.
• Spring Beauty Days – annually from April 10 to April 17 – 150 EXPRESS points are credited. Valid for all 8 calendar days.
• Autumn Beauty Days – annually from September 1 to September 8 – 150 EXPRESS points are credited. Valid for all 8 calendar days.
Attention! Unused “Active” points expire after the validity period!
- HOW TO USE ACCUMULATED POINTS?
When making purchases in the KEUNE SPACE area or in the online store https://keune.space, indicate the desired number of bonus points to be deducted for payment.
Up to 50% of the value of any products and services can be paid with points, except Gift Cards, promotional products, and products for which point redemption is not allowed.
If bonus points are not indicated on the price tag or in the product details on the website, no points are credited or deducted for the purchase of that product.
Use all the benefits of the club program. Pay attention to the validity periods of active points credited during Promotions and Special Offers to avoid their expiration!
Transfer of points between PRIVILEGE CLUB KEUNE SPACE members is not permitted. Bonus points cannot be exchanged for euros.
- BONUS CALENDAR YEAR AND POINT VALIDITY
PRIVILEGE CLUB KEUNE SPACE operates on a bonus calendar year from February 1 to January 31 of the following year.
At the end of the bonus calendar year, all unused bonus points are cancelled. Bonus points are not carried over to the next bonus calendar year.
- PRODUCT RETURNS
- Cosmetic products with damaged packaging, expired products, opened or partially used products are not eligible for exchange or return. Please check the products upon delivery or at the point of sale.
• Returning unopened products of proper quality and appearance with a remaining shelf life of at least 6 months reduces the total accumulated amount of STANDARD points.
• STANDARD or EXPRESS points used to pay for orders containing returned products are not restored or credited back to the KEUNE SPACE card.
- LOSS AND REPLACEMENT OF THE CARD
- Attention! Transfer of the KEUNE SPACE card to third parties is prohibited. In such cases, the card will be cancelled.
- In case of loss of the KEUNE SPACE card, please contact the KEUNE SPACE office immediately. A new card may be issued upon submission of a written request and an identity document. The lost card will be blocked, and all discounts and privileges accumulated on it will be transferred to the newly issued card.
